The START of something NEW

Gratitude...

A reflection on feelings, a connection with words and a giving of self in return... Taking some time out to reflect on past achievements and experiences is vital and can be beneficial when moving forward in life.  It can however be very easy to get so caught up in life and we then might forget to be grateful for the things that we have at present.

The courage of gratitude also helps to strengthen our ability to describe our direction in life. Many people I know spend precious time towards achieving outcomes and when they get there, move onto the next outcome without really taking time to appreciate the moment.

Over the past few weeks being grateful about life and my journey has lead me to a whole new happier self.  In 2009 there have been tough times for all of us, and I guess this could be due to the current universal change and shift in joining together for world peace and social inclusion. Have you thought about all the things you can be grateful about recently?

Taking time every day to appreciate life and be grateful to have what you have is a very powerful action. In communicating this to ourselves and others this should impact how we feel and think so just notice what happens?

What’s more precious is that all year I’ve mentioned the fortunate year – A chance to make a positive change so back to basics for me as I feel lucky to be celebrating Christmas 2009 and look forward to starting 2010 off with Gratitude.

Warm winter wishes for now
