Bognor Regis Promenade Aldwick to Felpham and back (5km)

Positive health is at the front of our busy lives and Bognor Regis promenade offers a super choice to gain a breath of fresh air and supports a vibrant option for all those who want to keep fit and healthy.  We aim to gather all walks of life to this event, as well as local businesses and projects as together we raise the profile of ‘Positive Waves’ to our locals.

Positive Waves: Everyone’s talking about it and that’s why we are taking this opportunity to spread our Heart and Positive Waves onto all those in our local community.  As we aim to maximise whole being, healthy living and positive waves from within your heart (British Heart Foundation is a registered Charity No. 225971)

Birthing Link (Indigo NLP's sister project) - a new Bognor Regis based Organisation is supporting The BHF.  As we share a walk that is sure to be filled with love, heart, fun and community spirit; showing you that this St Valentine’s Day will be the start of something new as we promote ‘Positive Waves’ in our local community.

This community based 5 km sponsored fun walk is taking place in Bognor Regis on St Valentine’s Day Sunday the 14th February at 2pm, starting at The Waverley family pub in Aldwick.  We will then take a stroll along the promenade that runs beside our beautiful seafront.  A refreshment stop and short break will take place at the Lobster Pot Cafe before heading back to finish for a warm cuppa at the Waverley.
