As you choose your happiness and how you show love it’s good to remember that you have a choice to choose how you decide to give and receive this. Everyone has the power of choice and this is not only available to the selected few.Love and Happiness is our birthright. It’s not just for the few, for the worthy, for the “righteous”. It is for all of us. Why wait to be in love when you can always be loved. Would you wait for love or would you go and get it or even give it?
Love and Happiness is one of those things that are high up on the human interest scale. Most of us would consider it a priority to find love and happiness. Besides all the biological things that happen to our bodies when we have Complete Love & Happiness, there is something magical that happens to us and the world around us.
If you want more love and happiness in your life than simply apply and practice each day the following steps.
- Remind yourself 20 times a day how beautiful you are
- Promote the love in others
- Sharing makes you happy – share your love 10 times a day
- Laugh 20 times a day
- Smile 40 times a day
- Think of 3 happy memories
- Copy the love you love in others
- Think of 3 things that could make you happy in the future
- Make a note of 6 things a day that you are grateful for
Ask yourself each day if you are living to 'your values' and if not take action to adjust them as you enrich your developments.
Happiness is like love, the more you give it away, the more you get back and being happy in yourself is the best preparation for happy loving and long term relationships. Making other people happy is one of the simplest ways to make yourself happy and sometimes all it takes is a smile or a kind word.
